Vision and Mission

Vision: To play a vital role in the progress of the national economy through a modern, efficient, technology-based revenue management system that fosters a taxpayer-friendly environment.

Mission: To achieve revenue targets by creating a transparent, accountable, recognized, and just VAT management environment in line with the directives of the National Board of Revenue and the Customs, Excise, and VAT Commissionerate, Dhaka (North), thereby enhancing the efficiency of revenue collection activities.
